Does Anyone Know A Program

I'm looking for a small program (the less resources the better) that will sit in my sytem tray and give a graphical display of how fast my total upload/download is going. I don't want a program that'll monitor a modem, its got to monitor network traffic to and from my computer, cos i connect through a network
