never understood widescreens. aren't they suboptimal for gaming, and probably everythign else except movies.

Go for ViewSonic if it is available in your area. I believe Viewsonic is much better than Samsung

I have the syncmaster 226bw, and I play BF2142 and its flawless as far as im concerned, not to mention watching movies on it. I love it. Had it for almost a year, and no issues

i've been using viewsonic for the longest time and i have to say they're pretty reliable.
