Ok...better GUI....new features....too many to list...check Nero website for the complete features.....DVD video backup...minidv recording...add effects to your movies...
my opinon...V5 i had buffer problems...even though i am runing a tough rig...and 52x cdrw with 8mb....V6 i was impressed...very good buffer control...and faster burning...
what the best version, i heard something about an ultra edition

Nero 6 Download
Package 1 contains:
Nero StartSmart
Nero Burning ROM 6
Nero Express 6
Nero BackItUp
Nero Cover Designer
Nero Wave Editor
Nero SoundTrax
Nero Toolkit
Nero Image Drive
Filesize Package 1:
20.72 MB (21734668 bytes)
That's more than you got in the old 14MB download to get the Burning ROM, so it isn't that much of an increase. There are another 2 packs, to complete the set, 3 if you include the separate download for InCD.

A couple questions re:Nero 6
1. Any spyware bundled with this new version.
2. Any built in limitations that restrict - say - burning copyrighted material etc.
3. How is the Cover Designer - does it do neat stuff - lots of choices . . . I really like to be able to create neat covers. The present Nero is OK but not great for that task.
