Check ipodtvnova's site for updates.
It appears they should be back, but it's taking longer than they anticipated.

And to my knowledge BrokenStones invites are up, but I wouldn't recommend them for iPod content necessarily. You'd be better off going to a 0-day and converting content.

It would be really nice if iPodTVNova came back soon, though.

the tracker really is the best choice for ipod related stuff. let's hope they'll be up again soon.
