yea it includes time required to download as well. there are some sites which display how long you been seeding a torrent. otherwise you just have to keep a track or guess how much time it took you to download the file

on BCG its ctime in your profile.

but we count downloading time in with seeding time, so if it takes you 3 days to download a torrent, you will get SP straight away.
