It means it have polish lector.

Anyway, look at the categories.
Type: Filmy Lektor / Dubbing - Lector/Dubbing.
And James Bond pack is in this category, so it's with lector (seriously doubt in dubbing :lol:)

You can always ask in comments, it's allowed to use either polish and english language ;)

Yes. Most of them have polish txt subs included, but sometimes movies have hard-subs (subtitles encoded in movie) - if they have, it should be mentioned in torrent name (i.e. Return to House on Haunted Hill (2007) [DVDRiP] [Hard Sub-PL] [RmvBusterS]). If you are unsure, check the sample (it's usually posted in torrent description), or ask in comments.
