Weird. That's the second conversation about the word 'best' I've had today. I'm going to be bridesmaid for a friend later on this year and had the following conversation with my mum.

Crabmum: Ooo, you know what they say about the bridesmaid and the best man.
Crabgirl: Sorry mum, been there, done that.
Crabmum: So... was he?
Crabgirl: No mum. He wasn't.
