why is serial killer X so impossible to kill. i spent and hour trying to kill him last night and it didnt work. do i have to do something special?

took me about 15 minutes to kill him . if your talking about the normal guy and not the skeleton face dude. great game though i loved it. cant wait for condemned 2:bloodshot. hope it comes out on pc though
