becaues i am trying to become a uploader at a torrent site and they want upload prof so i need to run a speed test on seedbox but dont know how to

Ah - got you now.

Then the answer would be no - you cannot run a speedtest as you do not have access to the server, only an interface.

Best you could do would be to screencapture your client when it is doing it's best for you at that site you are uploading to and host it then link to it.

thanks SgtMajor but i dont think its going to work like that caues they wont prof of upload speed with ip Address thats why i was trying to run a speed test :(

Have you told them you have a seedbox? They should understand that you do not have access to the server itself so can't provide the exact proof they are looking for. But they could certainly look into who your provider is (seedm8) and you could as already suggested send them some or any type of screenshot, etc.

Give it a shot it can't hurt, most trackers are looking favorably toward seedboxes lately.
