Hey guys i was hoping for any advice on the best ways to seed with a box :) or any other pertinent information you guys might have to help me out :)

dl new torrents as they come out, or upload releases you already have to the server that are being leeched.

Do not grab everything, only grab popular items, grab from 1 torrent site, preferably the sites doing freeleech (keep an eye on the freeleech thread) complete it 100% then use the data to seed to other torrent sites. Do not grab everything from one site - spread the load around and seed to many places.

Seed, seed & seed for as long as you can, you'd be surprised at the amount of late comers that arrive, and they pull from the fastest source available and if that happens to be you with the seedbox, all the better.

If you can, grab from usenet and use that to seed to places :)

another tip too with a popular release is to download the torrent and data from one site but once that is complete download the torrent file from another tracker, then get you bt client to check the files (the release must be the same) then you will be seeding the same file on two or more sites.

Artemis raised a good point. Download a file from one tracker that is extremely popular, usually any new movie or app releases, make sure the info hash and file sizes are the same or almost the same size and download the same exact torrent on other sites with the same exact name and release group, then instead of it downloading it will be defaulted to seeding.

Set RSS to download very popular tv shows like Lost, Prison Break, Heroes etc.
