Why do some reps not count? is there a daily limit for countable reps or something?

look at my rep points. one is grey instead of green and isnt counting

yeah i got some grey ones aswell, i think it was i turned off the option where i could show my rep points to the public

People who gave you grey are, they all had very low amount of posts. It could be a way of warning others that you are possibly running up rep points through another account.

that was my first guess until i saw someone with a grey rep and the person who repped him had 600 posts. it sux that they don't go green after the person starts to post but it's no big deal. thnx 4 clearing this up
