they are not scene, and neither have hosts,sites,pubs or anthing, just a big crap.

LUE is from Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, in which the answer to the ultimate question is 42.

There is a board on the website GameFAQs that is only accessible by a few people, called Life, the Universe, and Everything. They are called LUEsers. LUElinks was a special way of posting links to warez and porn and whatnot on GameFAQs, because it was against GameFAQs' ToS (Terms of Service). You would post a special code, and then you could enter that code into a form that would then produce the appropriate link.

At least, that's how I remember it.
