Whats the best program/site/group to check the latest house music for newsgroups?

I tried torrents, but ratio systems suck...
I tried blogs, but they don't have many good stuff...
I tried soulseek, but it takes ages to get a file
I tried other things, but they all wouldn't work that well...

Can anyone help me?
