Help me find torrents on guitar technique

I've been self taught for a couple years but I've really slacked off on learning all the technical stuff, and I don't think I'll get any better until I learn the proper way to chose which picking style to use, and until I learn some scales and all that.

Can you guys please help me/recommend me some good torrents for learning to play guitar? I don't care if it's hosted on a public tracker or a private tracker, or even if it's not a torrent but something free on the internet. However I'd prefer a good video guide on guitar technique.

the first one on bitme looks like something i'd want, although im not after any software as i already have Guitar Pro. problem is my bitme account is fresh and with my lousy connection i'll probably get banned for ratio if i download anything big off bitme

I think I saw sonthing in what.cd but I no nothing about guitar
