dvdquorum down?

[Debo]

I've tried accessing the dvdquorum site and tracker from 3 completely different IP's in the USA and cannot get in. :(

I cleaned all cookies, temporary files, shut down my firewall, re-booted, and still cannot get in.

Is it possible that access from the US has been shut down?

Would some kind soul who can get in please ask an administrator to reply here or at least PM me here and let me know?
