just download jpeg2pdf it converts pictures to pdf format but unfortunately i have forgotten what the link is ;)

I found a torrent which supposedly has all the images, rather than the pdf's. Its split into 4 files. I'm getting that right now. (117 mb) Maybe that's the one?

Hard to download the nice packaging. :P

Also similar packaging for The Complete Farside.

Edit: I am just a sucker for very nice hardcover packaging.
