Which game(s) do you want to be remade?

If you could recreate an old game with the latest technology (graphics,sound,physics,etc.) which one would you choose, and why?

I'd prefer Deus Ex and Diablo.

Deus Ex because it had such an immersive storyline and gameplay - but the graphics are too bad to enjoy it now.

Diablo because the new point and click action RPG games suck, with their 'Hit & Miss' system.

Starcraft but theres already sequal coming out and its more than remake. I think that game will occupy my gaming needs for many many years to come.

Titan quest is pretty good newer hack&slash game. Diablo2 is still the king but it comes close. Its really fun with mods.

I wouldn't mind playing the older Final Fantasy games if they were completely redone.
Particularly IX and VII.
It's just too unbearable to play games with the old graphics on my new TV and it kind of gives me a headache.

It need not be a remake because the series has stretched from 1991 to 2002 in four parts already, but I have not played a decent up-to-date Formula 1 racing simulation on the PC in at least five years. My choice would definitely be a Grand Prix 3 with today's graphical capabilities. (But seeing as a) the former developer MicroProse doesn't exist anymore and b) Sony owns F1 rights and doesn't release their games on PC, it's a moot point anyway)

Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, because the game is based on an old 2001 engine but has been the most addicting multiplayer shooter I've ever played.
