Deoderant That Doesnt Work..

My deoderant simply doesnt work. Fucking Speedstick. Anyone else have sucky deoderant?

I find my sweaty armpits overpower my deoderant... so i end up smelling like i never put any deoderant on.... plus it gives me spots... so i use talcen powder... much better...

what about an anti-perspirant rather than a deoderant?

anti-perspirant will actively prevent sweating, rather than hiding it's smell...

A Lot of deoderants don't work for cery long, the best thing to do is wash more often, especially in the summer :)

Use anti-perspirant, then keep it in place by using pantyliners(one of those "light-day" variety) in both pits. Do not do this if plan to wear a sleeveless T-shirt.

true!

fresh sweat actually smells quite nice, and can attract the opposite sex

however, after 3-4 hours, the sweat becomes a little smelly...:P

for all you people that are confused, i&#39;m certain AXE is the french name for what we call LYNX here in the UK. The can&#39;s of AXE are available here in the same scents, but much cheaper. Both manufactered by Faberge.

*edit* don&#39;t use deodorant to smell good. use an anti-perspirant to stop the sweat/smell from being a problem, and either go au naturel, or wear after-shave/male eau de toilette.

i&#39;ve not seen guys using Lynx to smell good before they go out since i was in High School.

i didn&#39;t mean Lynx smells bad, i just meant that when most people i know don&#39;t use it when they are going out to a club or something, or will use it sparingly then use after-shave or something similar.

I think it&#39;s got something to do with the fact that the smell reminds most guys of their high school changing room after P.E., and that&#39;s the last thing you want to think of before you go out on the pull.

I still use it coming back from the gym etc, it&#39;s fine for everyday use.

well actually, I never find any deodorant that really helps. My sweat smells quite strong, the doctor says it&#39;s because I don&#39;t drink enough water. Anyway, instead of deo, I use these little wet tissues they use for babies. That helps great and it smells kinda nice too

I sweat buckets but for some reason don&#39;t smell much, I use shop brand name stuff cos it works better and is half the price :D
