Never seen it.

If you had to pick between all of The Wire or all of Stargate wtf would you do?

Honest query.

Mr JP Fugley
02-29-2008, 10:10 PM
I have no knowledge of The Wire so to opine would be meaningless.

However I can say that I love Stargate SG1 and everything about it. And also Atlantis as it happens.

Thinking about it I could probly send you loads of Stargate stuff if you want. I have far from all of it but certainly a few series which I could copy.

Well then, I will check it the fuck out then.

I suppose I'll have to start from the beginning as usual.

Fucking temporal imperatives are pissing me right off.

Zed, all I'm hearing from you on the subject of The Wire is what it hasn't got in common with LOST and Stargate.

You're not selling it very well, mate.

At least throw in a few zombies.

I likes the zombies, like.

I'm also paying my monthly bills online whilst composing a play and writing music.
My whirl of dervishness is also casting green towels to all five corners of my abode, which is handy as it's wifey's dolmio day.

Five corners, what a loser. Six is a minimum for anyone who seriously wants to protect their family.

Speaking of witch :o

She's fine, thank you. I shall tell her that the internets enquired as to her health.
I also told her that the internets asked god to bless her last night.

She likes that kind of thing - along with pink straighteners and big cocks.

Not that I've ever seen my Dad cry

I have, however given the circumstances it was perfectly acceptable. God rest his soul.

Not your Dad, arse, mine. I've never even met your Dad.

Well not knowingly, I rarely ask former Publicans if they have a son who is now a gaylord account plying his trade in Wales.

Your Dad could be rediculously healthy for all I know.

If not please accept my apologies for breaking the news in such a callous way.

Oh loved it BTW.

Pure sci-fi-fantasy bunkum but made with amazing production values and movie quality special effects. Over-simplified ending because the market demands a resolution, obviousement.

American TV does this stuff better than anyone else, fact.

Something Else

The people who released it seem bemused by the anal rules. They keep making repacks.

REPACK INFO:
Previous release had a bad resolution and ended in some
nukes, even though it workes fine. anyway.. here is another
one, hope you like it.. and, forgot to mention it, but the
audio is fully superb ac3..yay

REPACK2: this is silly.. our release had a custom
quantization matrix, which made it nuked..very sorry about
this.. not a good weekend

I just downloaded it and watched it. The picture quality on a 19" widescreen tft was v good, sound was ace. No problems at all.

Having said that my main interest was watching the programme and enjoying it. I wasn't thinking about the technical aspects in the least.
