how can I open an opinion poll?

I'm intresting in opening an opinion poll on Music forum,
how could I make the theard a Poll....?

I think to get that permission you need to be here more than 30 days.

Until then you can start a thread and PM a moderator to add a poll to it (be sure to include the question and options, and say whether you want the votes to be public (see who voted) or private).
