they are very secure , even i beilieve they have got intelligence services higher then CIA ...
nobody except very special ppl knows that where most of scene group members are living , i mean their location etc .
they have got their own resources to access the latest stuff in movies , windows releases , music etc .
they rip it / pack it and up on their FTP's, they use private irc channels to talk , and use proxies... , now it is a questionable talk that how trackers like ScT and FTN get those releases too fast and upload them on their trackers...
and it is a FACT that original SCENE dont like private torrent trackers....

Usually you don't apply to get into the 'scene'. The scene comes to you or you have to have some special capabilities, getting DVD's before release and such.

And about Topsitez ... forget it ... you have to earn your way in.
Like they said before their security is massive and the owners are mostly IT-experts with secure access to TB's of stuff they have on some dedicated servers.

There is a whole system of people that have access to topsitez that compete to bring the releases to a lower level (private Bt-trackers, usenet, IRC, etc...).
It's some kind of a game to them to see who's the fastest to post a scene release. But the people doing that are just small fishes.

And it's a fact the 'elite' of scene groups and people on these topsitez hate the whole P2P-community for spreading their 'hard' work all over the internet.
