usenext alternative?

I have used UseNext on trial and liked it because of its simplicity. I tried torrent downloads of it but none worked (ie chunkey). Is there a free usenet client or one on torrent boards that that works but is for dummies?

As 'UseNeXT' is a usenet reseller and client, I would recommend
Newsleecher with integrated SuperSearch and usenet premium access.

But of course this is not for free and it cost its price.

What did you like with UseNeXT, the speed and simplicity?
Actually you can't get that speed for free over longer time.

Usenext: I tried the trial from download.com. Didn't require a credit card. I liked the speed and the simplicity equally. I will look into Newsleecher. Thanks.
