I personally can't do planes. I'll stay with my precious vehicle, when it comes to the travel.

For the most part travelling is crap. Especially if you end up in a God forsaken shit hole where no-one speaks English and parts of animals we throw away are a delicacy.

where's your sense of adventure, its not really the parts of animals though rather than the animals (and insects) that we don't eat, that I have a problem with

I did adventure before I hit 25. Looking back it was stressful and largely shit, apart from the odd impressive structure/museum/gallery. I understand why Australians and Americans want to travel though.

Getting cabs makes travelling a breeze. http://img175.imageshack.us/img175/4334/taxiwu0.gif (http://imageshack.us)

Especially when it's raining. http://img164.imageshack.us/img164/8885/rainydayinmaybaneriw2.gif (http://imageshack.us)

Road trips are cool. Stay off the highways and motorways.

Road trips are cool. Stay off the highways and motorways.right on. there is nothing good about spending hours in a traffic jam on the motorways

Adventure is possible anytime, and in most places. It all depends on perspective, resources, attitude and your aptitude at risk management.

I love traveling. Even traffic jams are fun, if what holds you up is a herd of wildebeasts or something!

If you use your imagination and close your eyes, you can go anywhere without even leaving the house.

I've learned so much from traveling.

Probably my adventures in the Middle East (and particularly Petra) enlightened me the most. I can't wait to travel more.

I hate road trips(traveling). Being a performer, you have to tour many cities and towns. I like to be in the comfort of my own home, alongside my Wife, and a home cooked meal.:(

They only have a history stretching back a couple of hundred years. Plus, once you've seen the Great Barrier Reef and Disney World you might as well go home.

Yeah, a clown's life really sucks. I bet just keeping track of how many balls you're juggling is a job in itself.
