How does the invite system at TT work ?

hello guys .. How does the invite system at TT work ? :)

Invites will be given out when requested per month. For this to happen:

* You must be a Power User+ to receive invites.

* You must be a member for more than 50 weeks.

* You must not already of had invites given to you that month.

Why would you ask for invite if you wont use it.. just to keep it there?
Why if you could ask for one anytime you want?
