Recovering password on Blackcats

Is there any way to recover the password using the user ID? for some reason, whenever I enter my email address, it says domain not allowed or something like that. (which is weird)

Also, I don't want to guess incorrectly which will get my IP banned.

I don't think you can recover other than with your registered email. Go to the irc and ask for help there better.

I just logged out, and it looks like just your email you can recover with. I know in the forums you can recover your pass with just your username.

i dont think so they ban domain email id's . anyways irc seems to b the only way to get u out of water :)
