I downloaded a DVD, but they didnt have an ISO, but all the files on the DVD extracted (vob, bup, ifo).

I can click on the VOBs and they will play, but the movie needs subtitles, which I cant access, plus the menus dont work :(

Is there something I can do to use these files, like make a DVD or some program that will tie everything together so I can use subtitles and the menus?

VLC Media Player.
Open VLC -> File -> Open Directory -> Point to the folder with the vobs.
This makes it play as if it's a DVD.

You can also pack it into an IMG and open that with VLC (easiest way is to use Nero. Create a dvd disc and burn it using Image Recorder as the device).

If u want to burn these files to a dvd, the best way of doing so is using nero, as they already have a template ready to drag the vob files over ;)

You can use Isomagic to turn these files into an ISO file...than mount it with daemon and just play it in every player with subs, audio you like.

I play them using the Vista MCE.
All you need to do is edit one registry entry:

I use media player classic to play video files when I have to.

Just open up media player classic, click on the file tab, then click on "open file", then click the "browse" tab, browse to the folder where the video files are, open up the video_ts folder and highlight ALL the files by clicking on 1 file and hitting Ctrl and A on ur keyboard, now just hit the "open" button and thats it your movie will start playing.
