Unfortunately on bitvault you need an invitation code to register as I have seen...

bt colombo was down, and when it come back it became only a forum, colombo-reloaded.org
tntvilage is a semipublic italian tracker, a very good one which changed it's adress, forum.tntvillage.scambioetico.org (http://www.tntvillage.org/)
bitvaulttorrent.com is maybe the best private one, open for sign-ups at the moment!!
