i think one of HD got bad sector is there any program to cheak and fix any error on HardDisk

Why an external program? Are you that intent on screwing the system or the drive?

If checkdisk can't fix it , you must have some very extreme problems. Physical damage even.
That's not something more software is going to fix, it'll just make things more complicated.
