Flash And Invision Board Question

Hey people, have two questions I hope will be answered.

In flash mx, why am I unable to fill my stage/document using the bucket?

As I've just got an invision forum could you tell me how to include links in the top like this forum has (kazalite.tk).

edit: oh and what background colour is the blue 'bar' at the top please? ..... or how would I create it (as I'm making a logo at the moment).

what background colour is the blue 'bar' at the top please? ..... or how would I create it (as I'm making a logo at the moment). I believe its still stored as a jpg or a gif on the server in "Style_images\1" so youll need to ftp a new image in (this is also where the logo is stored)
