Yes , it's a great site with great stuff and speeds and not only with the design of demonoid ! Maybe to it you reffer as the "next demonoid" .It already has about 7000 torrents .

Well, I think what you are getting it is that some of the rumours were based on the tracker working on and off (others clearly just random hopefuls and chinese whispers). The tracker is supposedly working again ATM, with the site itself now being hosted in Ukraine. Read this recent article for a more detailed report:

TBH, nobody other than the owners can really tell you one way or the other if it is coming back in full shape. All you can do is read up on the latest info and hope for the best.

An on a personal note, I'd be overjoyed to have it back too - it's the only dead torrent site I've ever missed so much.

Last time I was on the SubDemon forum, there were a few hardcore fans that had kept their torrents running since it went down. That was around the last time these rumors surfaced, so there are a few people crazy enough.
