Went to a lan party today. was my first real lan and enjoyed it. had about 80 people at it. it was hosted by my friends tech high-school so there were lots of kids/noobs at it and no rated Mature games :( Tournaments held for BF2, COD(first one), portal. Overall ok lan ;)

Whats the biggest LAN you've been to and where??? + maybe other details

The biggest LAN I was member of didn't exceed 30

a bunch of my buddies hooked up two xbox's on two tvs in two rooms and had an epic 4v4 team tournament of halo 2. had lots of fun and lasted for hours. that's the extent of my lan experience

Dude, me too. after playing some halo 2 mp(splitscreen) at friends house, i bought my own xbox so we could have more players(and no more looking at each others screen to see where everyone was,- cheaters:D) so 4vs4 it was. so much fun. and never got boring. havent play it for a while though.

the biggest lan I went to was probally about 35 people and that was a local H2 tourney

Never been to a "lan party".
But what I have done was in high school once the teacher was away in our computer class and the substitute didn't care what we did, and there happened to be unreal tournament on the school server that some kid put there, so we got into one big 30-person game over the school's lan.
Was pretty fun. :)

Been at a LAN in Norway, EverLAN.
With over 100 ppl nerding games like CS, WC3 and WoW.
Had a really good time with sharing :)

I've never had a real LAN party
Closest I got was going to the local cybercafe with a LOT of friends and playing games
RA2, CS, Quake3, stuff like that

The biggest I've played in a LAN game with is 24, playing Soldier of Fortune...
