This only works on Windows XP Pro, is there any way of doing it in Windows XP Home?

Btw, this is my first post, Hi! :D

I already use this tweak to customize my IE title bar. Which is a good thing since I am damn tired of seeing "so & so page> Internet Explorer provided by blank company".

How about a tweak that changes the text on the "start" button? ;)
