Can anyone recomend any (free) softwear for creating animated avatars :blink:

Eh.. I think you can use any program (PSP, Photoshop, Paint, etc) that can resize and crop pictures.

Every program is free on Kazaa... :lol:

Use a program like Fireworks or Photoshop
