bitvault (everything.... very small site <2k users)
atomico-torrent (mostly focused on dvdr)

the first 2 are invite only, dunno if the 3rd is still open signup... it was in the past :)

colombo and tnt are public trackers (you can find their torrents on mininova and so on... and no ratio there)

master-italia was opensignup till few days ago... but no more ;)

BitVault staff has done a outstanding job so far.
Only 1745 users, but it's not unusual to find 100/200 seeders/leechers on a single torrent. 0day + rare content, nice speed, best pretime among italian trackers, helpful staff ... <3 BitVault
MasterItalia and Amicidelmuretto are pretty good too, but they are not in the same class as BV. Don't know about Atomicotorrent and torrentplus.
