For those interested, I've been working on a new site that is dedicated to Usenet "news".
The site scratches an itch that I've had, and I though that others might benefit from it as well: Finding out about new and updated Usenet based tools/software/sites.
As it stands now, it can be cumbersome to keep track of what the latest beta is for xxx application - especially if you're interested in multiple programs and/or multiple platforms (Windows and Linux, for example).
I'm also in the process of creating a backend site that is a knowledge-base of sorts. This will include tips, scripts, and more "technical" information.
So, have a look.

Nice site, good to see all these updates.
Thanks everyone! I'm trying to get an update once a day or so. And I've been pretty successful for the past month. Some days there just isn't anything to report, though.
If someone happens to know of an application that I might be missing, please shoot me an email or PM here.
I also get updates if you reply to this thread.
Thanks again!

You should post a link...If it's anything like my site, it can use all the help it can get.
It's near impossible trying to find a good place to advertise for a service like this.
Those that I've talked said that it was very useful, but the hitcount isn't representing that yet. [shrug]

I've upgraded the site to focus on NZB's for TV shows. It seems that you guys were about the only ones interested in Usenet client updates. :)
The old info is still accessible at the "Blog" link from the front page.
Thanks!

very nice, but on the top of site it should say:
indexing: ab.whatever, ab.whatever, ab.whatever, etc
other than that its pretty sweet
