I'm not sure if I understand your question but Alt.Binz won't download the PAR files if it knows it isn't enough to repair the damaged files you got.

Perhaps your usenet provider does not have the complete post on its servers...or the nzb is bad.

u need to DL the pars and repair it - it happens every now and then - specially w/larger files ...
