PSP Emulators

Does anybody know anything about psp emulators such as which is the best, how well they run games, what kind of system specs you'd need and so forth.

you don´t need such requirements to use it.... but i don´t know which is the best one there are many of them

Just to clarify, I mean psp emulators for the pc, not emulators for use on the psp.

None out that play actual commercial games yet I'm assuming.

U'll never play psp games on other platforms, just buy a psp if u want to play LCS or VCS
However a moded psp can play lots of stuff ;)

There's no PSP emulator currently available that can run serious games.
