Answer: This all depends on what you want.This can be divided into content,speeds and pre-times.
For PAL DVD-R Movies check out TTi.
For Rare and older movies check out a place like Karagarga.
For Lossless Music check out BTMusic or E.
For MP3 music check out Waffles,What.cd or STMusic.
For a regular old 0-day general tracker check out: Revtt,TL,TorrentBytes,SCC,And others.

A Good Place to look is the Tracker Reviews.

In my opinion( and many others' as well), DO NOT Pay attention to the tracker levels as they are based on rarity and will get you thinking the wrong way.

Tracker reviews is an alternative. It gives you pretty much a rundown of the tracker in question. ;)
