seedbox problem

when i try to delete certain files from my seedbox it says "Cannot delete file: Cannot read from the source file or disk" how do i fix this?

im using leaseweb server with windows

Is this when you empty recycle bin?

no.. i right click on the file, hold down shift and click delete, then that error message pops up
