Hi

Don't really know if this is the right place to post this. Was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a really cheap server, im not using it for uploading/downloading. Just for running a few things, nearly no bandwidth usage and not much cpu/ram usage.

Most servers ive seen are 100Mbit, seeing as im not using it for transferring stuff i'll be ok with 10mbit or whatever. OVH Kimsufi would be fine but I really don't want to pay money for 100Mbit when I aint gonna use it. Looking for good uptime too (ofcourse) ;)

Can anyone help? :)

I've always been somewhat confused about what specifically defines a "server".
What is your explanation?

To be exact im looking for a server I can use to host a few bots and irc bouncers. For this the server doesn't have to be that powerful but normal shells are just not good enough :(

Do you want a cheap server that you are going to use at home? Or are you looking for something colocated?

I think he wants a high-bandwidth remote server.

Kimsufi is the cheapest thing you will find. If you live in the right country for it, that's what you should go with.
