2008-03-25 - Hej alla muppar. Softmupparna kommer att läggas ner den 21 april. Det har gått så pass långt nu att jag inte orkar mer, det som en gång va roligt är numera en jävla börda att bära. Det va inte meningen att detta skulle vara en 24timmars arbetsplats, utan mer ett ställe att ha roligt på. Nu äter, sover och skiter ja muppar. Ja vill tacka ALLA som stöttat oss genom den tid! Ett speciellt tack vill ja rikta till ALLA er som hjälpt till under denna tid, hoppas ni känner vilka ni är. Lycka till och må gott! Mvh Walle



That is swedish and it translates something like the site is closing on the 21 April due to the fact that the owner has no time to maintain the site anymore or something. (anyone knows Swedish can do a better job than me lol)

leech the fuck outta that site and don't look or seed back aha :D

why wouldn't the owner just pass the site onto the admins and mods? I guess the community isn't as tight as VIPMusic?

They give 25GB upload credit for new accounts. I found it through btracs a few months back and used it a bit. I just could never get down with the whole fact that most people don't speak English at all there. Nice tracker though, oh well.

One of my old time favorite trackers. One of the easiest ones to keep a healthy ratio on. I'm not swedish but I'll be sad to see it go.

Yes it's sad...Apart from softmupparna i've noticed hitlist.gr and romaniatorrent.ro have also closed their doors...i think these too are due to lack of time for maintaining them.
