Yesterday, my friend let me in on something that I had never seen before, PacCafe. It's a program that basically bypasses Steam's security and allows you to download and play offline the entire Steam library. Naturally I was excited, and we both tried to launch it, as he admitted that he had never done it before. Long story short, I couldn't find the latest version of the program, so all I got were errors.
Anyone know where I can get the latest version of this program so I can "demo" :whistling Steam games before making a purchase.
