i thionk cus its public it attracts many people who are likely to spam or be bad, but from the looks of things there are some great users on here (not that i know them personally)

I know RealPoor has a section for invites, but you have to offer something similar for an invite you want, and also be careful ;)

i use a great forum with nice staff and members and lots lots of giveaways called p2ptalk.org ... got on so many trackers since i joined there ...

some members there told me about fst .. and i find it great 2 .. but i can't access the invite section !

FST is the most safe & respectful forum I guess, however I can see easily it breaks @ least half of tracker rules :P

FST is the best I have found so far.
Good community and ppl try to help each other.
other than FST I have been to TI.It was a community back in 2007 where you get points for every invite you gave to the member.I don't remember the name of highest class you achieved by giving invites but I was one of them.It had a ratio system.The points received for giving invites divided by points given for receiving invites.Many different user classes it had just like any tracker.
Then TI just disappeared,heard there was some serious hacking involved but that was one wonderful community besides FST I have been to.
