An enema? But although suppositories will work, swallowing enough ExLax will dislodge anything. I've tried, I landed in the hospital taking liquids through an IV.

i find putting your knees upto your chest helps give a little extra oompf - also you should increase your intake of fibre to keep everything lubricated
