is IBNAHMED a scammer?

we traded 1.5 days ago he gave me an invite and i gave him an account but the invite didnt work and he told me that if the invite dont work he will send again/new one.
but i cant catch him since than and im not sure if he scammed me or he just dont connect to fst / msn...

does anyone know if he is trustful?
