Ipod help.

Im having the hardest time syncing my fucking ipod classic. I cant get winamp to sync videos ive converted, so I have to open up itunes, but that usually either changes everything, or deletes everything but the videos.

Suggestions?

In iTunes tick the box, "Sync manually", then add them manually?
