Corey not all trackers want 32423 users, not all trackers can afford such servers, realize that some servers want a small userbase and it has nothing to do with "rarity" "level" or all the things you talk about all day long lately.

Hm, that's not the point, the point is since when tracker with 130 torrents, that are seeded by 130 peers and leeched by 1, in total of ~300 users considered good.
