libble is basically free leech if you leave 1 torrent seeding and download moderately
sitr is free leech if u seed 100 hours
blackcats is same idea as sitr

But if your looking within the trackers that actually have a ratio system, ScL has great free leech on packs and SCC has free leech on all MP3/0day scene stuff.

On pretty much all trackers free leech means you still have to seed back, so no.

By the way, i don't use the site a lot but acid seems to be free leech more often than regular leech.

ebooks arn't that big why would you be looking for them in free leech? you should know that none of the dedicated ebook trackers offer free leech all the time and that's a pretty stupid question imo. you can find SOME free leech ebooks on various 0 day sites but they'd just be random free leeches, not something specific.

torrentbytes, as well as most movie sites have movies that are free leech, but that's already been mentioned

by asking for ebooks that are free leech you've given me the impression that you don't seed back on trackers. you should go back to using public trackers if you can't maintain a ratio on private trackers. that is the best solution.

yeah i understand, sites like bitme are a pain to seed if your upload speed isn't great. your best bet is to hit up the pubs first and only use your ebook private trackers when you can't find what you're looking for elsewhere

Movies: TDC always have the movie of the week on freeleech and many selected torrents on freeleech too.

FTN and iTS has a free-leech forever.
But getting into those trackers is so hard that by that time you can buffer you TL account to a 500GB.
Bottom-line FTN and iTS is really good but rare also. TL in the other hand is easier to get, It doesn't have free-leech but it very easy to seed there so free-leech isn't so neccessry.
