Cinematik - have I been banned?

I just tried to log onto Cinematik and got this error message:

403 Forbidden.
Unauthorized IP address.

Have I been banned? Or maybe pruned for inactivity? I'd like to find out why and/or try to get my account back, so can someone give me their IRC info? Thanks!

This is an IP ban. Try to ask about it at IRC, maybe you were banned as a part of a whole domain.

Everyone should register their nickname with NickServ on the network....for more information type "/msg NickServ HELP" (without the quotes) on the irc server
