Dude it is a bittorrent site, that keeps track of the sites that are open for signups. U won't get anything. And the best thing about this site is that it auto refreshes every 10 secs.

My bad, sorry i thought that u were genuinely not aware of wat it is and i may have missed the earlier post.

It's been knocking around for some time now . Most of the sites are always open for signup, but it's worth monitoring for the infrequently open sites ( such as The.Box ) .
Some of the supposedly open sites do in fact require an invite (ie BitHQ), but there's no way of reporting these false positives to the Btracs website.
Still, it's better than a kick in the nuts .
